WP Broadcaster is a WhatsApp marketing and support platform that Harvions Tech built and runs. It brings together what teams usually spread across five tools: contact lists, broadcast campaigns, auto-replies, a shared inbox and multiple WhatsApp numbers. Teams connect WhatsApp either by linking a personal device or by connecting WhatsApp Business through Meta, then pick the number each campaign sends from.
Contacts come in from Excel or CSV files, with column mapping, number validation and grouping in one pass. The campaign builder runs in three steps: campaign details (name, sender number and audience), message content (text with media, text only, image, video or document, with formatting, emoji, links, variables such as the contact's name, saved templates and up to 10 attachments) and review and send. A real-time WhatsApp preview shows exactly what each contact will receive, and an audience summary shows the selected list, number of contacts and estimated cost; only valid WhatsApp numbers are messaged. Plans run from Starter (1 number, 2,000 contacts, 5,000 messages a month) to Growth and Scale (10 numbers, unlimited contacts, 250,000 messages a month), with a free trial for every new workspace.
WhatsApp is where Indian customers actually read and reply to messages, but most businesses still manage it from a few phones, spreadsheets and broadcast lists. Messages go out unpersonalised, replies pile up on one person's phone, nobody can see who answered what, and switching between personal numbers and the official WhatsApp Business API means different rules for templates and free text. Teams needed one calm place to send at scale and still reply like a person.
We built WP Broadcaster as a React web app connected to WhatsApp through both a linked personal device and the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta, so standard and Business numbers can run side by side. Campaigns personalise every message with contact fields, use approved templates on Business numbers or free text on standard numbers, and track delivery. Replies land in a shared inbox where an AI assistant drafts answers grounded in the business's own FAQs; agents can take over any conversation at any time, and every thread shows its status. Billing, plan limits and trials are managed in the app, and Harvions Tech activates paid plans from its admin panel.
