JewelX ERP is a multi-branch ERP that Harvions Tech designed, built and runs for jewellery manufacturers, showrooms and bespoke ateliers. It replaces manual registers, unverified gold melt loss, delayed customer quotes and phone follow-ups with workshop Karigars. Jewellers start with a 14-day free trial and choose the Starter Atelier, Professional Boutique or Enterprise Empire plan, paying through UPI apps such as Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm.
The app is organised around how a jewellery business works. Sales covers leads, customers, requirements, designs, quotations, a price calculator, orders, the sales team, a client VIP portal and a live chat hub. Operations covers manufacturers, manufacturing orders, receiving with QC, and delivery. Inventory covers stock and the vault. The dashboard shows live 24K, 22K and 18K gold and silver rates in the header, a showroom switcher, pipeline revenue, active bespoke orders, workshop bags in production and vault metal holdings. An interactive price estimator turns metal and purity, weight, diamond carats and making charges into a GST-inclusive estimate, and a delivery SLA queue and live workshop floor keep every order on schedule.
Jewellery businesses still run much of their day on paper. Karigars work from handwritten job slips, so gold weight goes missing between issue and return. Gold and silver rates are checked by phone and quoted inconsistently by different sales staff. CAD designs are sent back and forth on personal WhatsApp for approval, and managers ring every showroom at the end of the day to find out what is in stock. Each gap costs metal, margin or customer trust.
We built JewelX with a React (Vite) front end and a Node.js and Express API. Every workshop order becomes a digital Karigar job bag that moves through stage milestones, from CAD to casting, setting and polishing, with gross and net weight checks at each step for full metal balance auditing. Live IBJA spot rates sync automatically into every quote. The multi-branch vault tracks 24K, 22K, 18K and 14K gold, silver and solitaires, with inter-branch transfers and receipts, while a certified solitaire and gemstone vault records GIA or IGI certificates with carat, colour, clarity, cut, shape, certificate number and barcode tags. Customers' old gold and scrap is accepted with touch-testing purity and kept in transparent customer metal ledgers. GST invoices break down gold value, wastage, making charges per gram, gemstone costs, CGST and SGST in printable PDFs. High-value clients get a personal portal link to view 3D CAD renders, approve quotations and chat with designers, and quotes and CAD approvals go out on WhatsApp in one click. Store managers see only their own branch, while directors see consolidated results across showrooms.
