Furniture ERP for
Showrooms & Factories
One platform for furniture retailers and manufacturers: showroom sales, custom orders, stock, deliveries, payments
and supplier collaboration, on the web and on the phone.

Project Details
Furniture ERP is a multi-branch business management platform for furniture retailers, showrooms and manufacturers. It began as the ERP for a furniture showroom and factory in Surat and became a product that other furniture businesses can sign up for, with a 14-day free trial, its own login URL for each company, and plans from a single showroom up to multi-branch manufacturers.
Sales staff create quotations and orders with line items and product photos, and track each order from received to delivered, generating challans along the way. The product catalogue handles variants, categories, GST pricing and branch-level stock. Inventory shows real-time, branch-wise stock with low-stock alerts and an audit trail. Deliveries are scheduled with drivers and delivery slots. Payments are recorded by cash, UPI, bank transfer or cheque, with due-amount tracking, follow-ups and GST invoices. Purchase orders go to suppliers and manufacturers with a status workflow, and a complaints module tracks issues on both sales and purchase orders. An analytics dashboard brings together KPI cards, a delivery gauge, revenue forecasting, category charts and sales reports.

The Business Challenge
Furniture businesses juggle more moving parts than most retailers: made-to-order pieces, fabrics and finishes, stock spread across showrooms and warehouses, outside manufacturers, delivery and installation slots, and customers who pay in several instalments. Spreadsheets and generic billing software couldn't show where an order was, what was in stock at which branch, or how much each customer still owed. Sales staff on the showroom floor or on site visits needed the same information on their phones, and suppliers and manufacturers had no shared view of purchase orders.
The Solution Delivered
Harvions Tech built Furniture ERP as a Next.js web application with a Node.js API and a PostgreSQL database on AWS, organised around branches and roles. Admins, sales people, staff, warehouse workers, suppliers and manufacturers each get their own permissions, down to create, read, update and delete rights per module, with activity audit logs.
A companion Android and iOS app gives the sales team OTP-based login, permission-driven modules, camera capture for challans and site photos, push notifications for orders and deliveries, offline-friendly order browsing and real-time sync with the web ERP. Supplier and manufacturer portals let partners see their assigned purchase or production orders, confirm fulfilment, update progress and raise complaints. For soft-furnishing work, a built-in curtain calculator handles 5-fold curtain and Roman blind measurements and exports a PDF quotation straight into the order workflow.
